"BIZARRE BUILDINGS"

Montreal Biosphére:
The Biosphére is an Museum in Montreal dedicated to the environment. It is located at parc Jean-Drapeau on íle Sainte-Hélène in the former pavillion of the United States for the 1967 world fair Expo 67.
The architec of the geodesic dome was Buckminster Fuller. The building originally formed an enclosed structure of steel and acrylic cells, 76 metres in diameter and 62 metres high.
Fuller´s architectural skills resulted in the design of a huge geodestic dome that would quicly become one of the main attractions at the fair. Fuller was already known for his domes but this was, by far, his most elaborate and complicated work.
Architects from golden metak productions designed the interior exhibition sapce. Visitors had access to four themed platforms divided into seven levels. The building included a 37-metre-long escalator, the longest ever built at the time.
The museum is awesome, has the shape of a huge sphere, built in the middle of space full of threes.
One of the most impressive museums!!
Besides being dedicated to the environment
Nautilus House:
The nautilus house located near mexico city is a unique shell shaped house designed by mexican architect Javier Senosiain of arquitectura organica,in 2007. The house design is the most innovative and unusual.
Javier Senosiain decided to bring the life aquatic into architecture. inspired by the work of Gaudí and Frank Lloyd wright.
The sculptural whimsical house features a striking entry cut into a wall of colorful stained glass. Each element has been carefully chosen to coincide with the organic theme of the building.
Senosiain describes:"a armonic area in three dimensions where you can notice the continuos dynamic of the fourth dimension when moving in spiral over the stairs with a feeling of floating over the vegetation"
This home is one of the nicest I´ve seen,it´s like a dream house, looks like a snail if seen from above and colorful outside.
Is small, but has more colors and design than the big houses of the world. I want one like that!!
